Rental Policies

  • Check-in and check-out is 12:00 P.M.
  • First come, first served is always welcomed however, a reservation guarantees a stay.
  • Non-Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit that is refundable less a $10.00 service fee if cancellation is given 7 days prior to stay.
  • Holiday reservations require a minimum 3 night stay along with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • A cleaning deposit of $50.00 will be added to stays less than 7 nights and $200.00 for stays over 7 nights that will be refunded upon rental's passing final inspection at check-out.
  • Pets and smoking inside rentals are prohibited.
  • Guests are responsible for bringing sheets, blankets, towels and other linens.  If linens are needed, please discuss cost and availability when making reservations.
  • Units are furnished with refridgerators, stove, microwave, TV, basic dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
